		<description>What was Bush's reaction to that study? "I don't believe it" and "that methodology is pretty well discredited".  Well I guess Bush knows more about cluster sampling than the experts at MIT and Johns Hopkins. The same methodology is used by the UN to estimate death tolls in most major disasters.  Oh wait, Bush doesn't believe the UN either.</description>
